Decorating your computer lab/classroom with tech-related, fun, and cute bulletin boards offers many benefits that can enhance the learning environment and boost student engagement.

Bulletin boards with tech themes can make the computer lab feel welcoming and exciting (otherwise it kinda feels sterile, empty, depressing with those blank white walls). When students walk into a room full of vibrant decorations, they are more likely to feel enthusiastic about the subject (and at home in the room). A visually appealing environment can reduce anxiety and make students more comfortable, ready to learn.

Phrases like “Technology is APP-solutely amazing” not only add charm but also remind students of important tech terms and ideas. Applications are today’s people’s everyday helpers and we use them for APP-solutely everything, ha-ha. An app for messaging, app for GPS, app for the photos, app to write down notes, etc.

These are some of the reasons I created this bulletin board design that you see in the pictures from this post. I first created it in 2023 for back to school season, but the students liked it so much that it stayed up for way longer than I expected!
